	Chad Yonce, CCIM, CPM President and Broker-in-Charge Purchase – Sales - Leasing of Commercial Properties. Chad Yonce was born and raised in Charleston, SC. After graduating from The Citadel in 1995, Yonce founded Southeastern Management Group and assisted the company’s growth from its inception. As President and Managing Partner, Yonce now oversees an energetic staff that collectively manages and leases approximately 360,000 sqft of commercial space valued at just over $73 million dollars. In addition, Yonce obtained the nationally recognized Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) in May of 2004, as well as, the CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® designation (CPM) in April of 2009. Yonce specializes in the purchase, sale, and leasing of investment properties.
	Bryan Perrucci, CCIM Partner, Sales & Leasing Specializing in Buyer/Seller and Tenant/Landlord representation. Bryan Perrucci is originally from Long Island, NY and is a 1998 graduate of the College of Charleston. Since joining SEMG in 2001, Bryan has represented Landlords, Developers, & Tenants in an array of different property types & square footages. From the “mom & pop” local retailer & office user, to the national retailer, from the private investor to the multi-million dollar developer, Bryan has the experience and professionalism needed to complete any transaction. Regardless of whom he is representing, his focus is always on his client’s needs, making the negotiation process seamless.
	Meghan Magee, CPM Meghan is a 2001 graduate of The University of South Carolina. She joined Southeastern Management Group in 2003 after working for a local commercial developer. In 2006, she completed the rigorous requirements of professional education, examinations and experience to receive the Certified Property Manager designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management. As the head of the Commercial and Residential Management Department, Meghan currently manages 250,000 square feet of triple-net investment properties, shopping centers and office buildings, in addition to overseeing the management of 100,000 square feet of mixed-use properties. Meghan continues to build strong relationships with her tenants and owners, which have become mutually beneficial to the everyday success of the investment properties managed.
	Ellen Watson A graduate of the College of Charleston, Ellen joined Southeastern Management Group, Inc. in June 2007. She currently manages 125,000 square feet of mixed-use properties, specializing in residential leasing, management, and commercial investment management. Since 2007, the Residential and Commercial Management department has doubled their number of residential units managed in the Charleston area. Ellen takes pride in knowing that property owners look to her for expertise when it comes to serving their leasing and management needs.
	Lyndall W. Dantzler, CPA, MBA Chief Financial Officer Lyndall is experienced in the areas of cash flow analysis, financial reviews of real estate properties and transactions, and IRS Code Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Originally from Columbia, S.C., Lyndall graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting and Spanish from Wofford College in 1999 and then received her Masters in Business Administration from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina in 2001. Lyndall spent the first part of her career working as a tax accountant at public accounting firms in Columbia, where she received her CPA license in 2004. Shortly after moving to Charleston, Lyndall joined our team in June 2006. Lyndall's strong accounting and financial background allows her to provide investment analysis to Southeastern Management Group's owners and investors, as well as manage the finance and accounting department for the company. Lyndall leads a full, in-house financial staff, including professionals focused on receivables, payables, reconciling of bank accounts and other aspects of cash management.
